TenderGenie was founded by the team at Legend Supplies (Pty) Ltd after years of working alongside construction contractors across South Africa who were losing tenders — not because their work wasn't good enough, but because their pricing took too long and cost too much to produce.
We saw estimators spending three full days on a single BOQ. We saw small contractors walking away from tenders they could have won because they simply didn't have the capacity to price them. We saw companies paying R50,000+ a month for quantity surveyors when the same output could be delivered by AI in minutes.
So we built TenderGenie. An AI estimator that works 24 hours a day, knows local supplier prices in real time, and produces a complete tender package in minutes — not weeks.
We launched in South Africa first, then expanded to the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia — because contractors everywhere face the same problem.
